1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RektBet ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. RektBet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use RektBet. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Account and Wallet

RektBet uses Solana wallet-based authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. RektBet does not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost funds. Any transactions made through your wallet are your responsibility.

4. Competitions and Escrow

All competitions are facilitated through an on-chain Solana program (smart contract). Funds are held in escrow until the match concludes. A 5% fee is deducted from the prize pool. Cancelled matches result in full refunds with no fee. RektBet is not responsible for losses incurred through gameplay.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Colluding with other players to manipulate match outcomes
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the Platform
• Attempting to exploit or attack the smart contract or servers
• Harassing or threatening other players

6. Disclaimers

RektBet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for any losses resulting from network issues, smart contract behavior, or third-party services. Use the Platform at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RektBet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
